I accept a small number of appointments and travel frequently, so I recommend that you give me as much notice as possible to ensure that I am available on your desired date. I recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. Once I have verified your information, you will receive a personal call from me to schedule and confirm our date. This gives you and opportunity to hear my voice and ask any questions. If you do not receive a personal call from me within a few days of submitting your proposal, it is most likely because you did not provide your full name, a contact phone number, or a reference.
